This type of carpet yarn is very bulky and fluffy, and this causes it to get dented during Ahar. When removed from the machine, the highbalk embossed flower carpet has a smooth and uniform surface like other carpets, and it is in this shape during eating. When the embossed carpet is in the completion stage, it is passed through the Ahar ponds, and it is at this stage that a special glue is applied to the back of the carpet for durability, and the completely wet carpet goes to the next stage. At this stage, heat is used to dry the highbalk machine-made carpet, and it is at this time that the highbalk fibers react to the heat caused by the dryer and create the outstanding floral carpet patterns. Heating the embossed flower carpets causes the thread to become non-reversible and affects the physical properties and visual effect of the carpet.

It is normal that during these stages the score of the highball thread will change and the score of the thread will become smaller. The decrease in thread count in the machine-made flower carpet is one of the reasons for the thinness and elegance of the carpet, which itself has its advantages and disadvantages. Highbulk fibers are mostly used in the flowers and bushes of the carpet design, and the other parts of the carpet are made of acrylic yarn. In the woven parts of the raised flower carpets, there is no difference between acrylic and highbulk yarn, and the raised highbulk carpet is completely uniform and smooth in terms of height in different parts.

Heating the embossed flower carpets has many advantages such as: preventing the warp of the thread, maintaining the fluffy state of the thread, maintaining the stability of the dimensions of the high balk yarn, increasing the erosion resistance of the high balk yarn, increasing the clarity of the pattern of the embossed flower carpet, reducing the amount of carpet fluff and as a result The hypoallergenicity of the flower carpet is outstanding.
